DOCKING SYSTEM AND CRANE SERVICES
OTHER TASKS WE CAN PERFORM FOR YOU...
Along with your construction needs, we also provide many services in relation with your docking system. We can also provide mobile barge and crane services for that tricky island delivery, or perhaps just a few pilings that need piledriving.
PILEDRIVING:
Whether it's just a few, or one hundred, we offer piledriving with our barge and drop-hammer piledriver. We can supply the pilings ( pressure treated, oak, greenheart, etc. ) or we can install customer supplied piles as well.
PERMITTING:
We can do the permit application work for you. This includes drawings, meetings, applications, etc., for the following required agencies:
LOCAL: Town
STATE: D.E.P., M.H.P.C., D.M.R., DEPT. OF CONSERVATION, I.F.W.
FEDERAL: U.S. Army Corps of Engieers, all applicable native american tribes.
BARGE & CRANE SERVICES:
We can lift and transport items from mainland to islands or vice versa, or supply crane service at your site ( i.e.; lifting heavy beams into place, etc. ).
SEASONAL DOCKING SYSTEM SERVICE:
Start the season off right; sit back and relax and let us do the work...
We can install your float and ramp in the Spring ( connect mooring chains, connect ramp from the pier to the float ) and disconnect your system in the Fall.
Winter storage for your float is also available.
MOORING SYSTEM INSPECTION:
With our barge and crane we can pull your mooring up and give it a good thorough inspection. Up out of the water and on deck, we can clean the chain off, and really look at wear points, shackles, mooring ball, pennant, etc., and repairs and replacements of items can be made on the spot.
